Terms of Service

TripFun provides trip creation, place management, multi-person collaboration, live location sharing, AI itinerary planning, JSON import, and credit and membership plans.

• You must keep your account details and contact information accurate, and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You may not use the service for anything unlawful or infringing, nor for spamming, scraping, attacking or otherwise disrupting the stability of the service.
• You are responsible for the content you create, upload or share, including trips, photos, notes and invitation links.

• Results from AI planning, optimisation and open questions are for reference only, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or up to date.
• Opening hours, travel times, booking requirements and suggested time slots still need to be verified by you.
• It is your decision whether to accept an itinerary, booking suggestion or change produced by the AI.

• Some AI features and premium services may require credits or a subscription plan.
• Actual prices, available credits, expiry dates and refund rules follow what the App Store displays and Apple's payment terms.
• If a plan or price changes, we will update the explanation in the app or on the service pages.

We do our best to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party service failures, network outages or security incidents may temporarily affect some features.
